Fulfillment & International Update - Short and Sweet

European/International Fulfillment

Games Quest has prepared the shipments for our European Backers and those should start going out this week. We have never used a fulfillment company before, so please contact us if you have any questions about your order during this process. 

Canadian Backer Fulfillment

I received confirmation today that Snakes & Lattes received all games and products at their Toronto office. There has been a great deal of difficultly getting products in and through US customs over the last few months, but now that we have overcome those hurdles, your games are not far from delivery.  

Packages should go out within the next week.  Again, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions. 

Domestic/US Fulfillment

95% of our US/Domestic shipping has been completed. There are a handful of packages to still be shipped, mostly because we are missing key pieces of information like addresses.  I have contacted those backers to fulfill their orders, and expect expect the remaining packages we can send to be shipped within the next week.  

Moving Forward

As many of you know, this campaign has been difficult on our household mentally, emotionally, and financially. We know it has been a hard road to production, and Ben and I still have a long way to go to bring this game up to your (and our) standards. Over the last two years, Ben and I have done best with what we had to work with at the time, but please do not think this is our best.  We are not finished yet.

Forgive the second update in a few day span, but I felt an update was warranted just this once...

Our thanks to everyone at Ad Magic for years of coordination and logistics to finally get these beasts home.  

Whether you live stateside or are one of our friends across the pond, you will be notified over the next few weeks with tracking information for your game.  

Outstanding Credit Card Payments - Pre-Orders and Supplemental Items

 Because of the amount of time that has passed since the campaign's end, many of our pre-order charges and supplemental backer kit orders (understandably) contain outdated billing information.  

If you received an error message from backer kit via email, please take the time to update your payment information. The last thing we want is to delay your shipment further. 

Our thanks to everyone who has already taken the time to make these corrections!

Team, I know it's been a hell of a campaign, and I'm thrilled to share this update with you. Thank you for your support, your questions, your messages, your patience, and your feedback. 

Indie development will always be quirky, but we've learned a great deal about EVERYTHING on this project, and we can only do better moving forward thanks to each of you.

Quick Reminder: Credit Cards for Pre-Orders/Backerkit Extra Purchases

Credit Card Charges

I wanted to post a reminder for credit card charges that will be processed via backerkit today. 

These charges ONLY applies to backers that purchased additional items outside of your Kickstarter tier  and PRE-ORDERS submitted after the campaign ended. 

NO additional charges will be made to backers who supported the project during the live kickstarter campaign.

Last Call for Shipping Address Updates

Good evening/morning, Everyone, 

A quick update to let you know fulfillment addresses will be LOCKED this Saturday, September 21st, at approximately 5:00 p.m. CST.  I was under the impression the address reminder would be sent automatically via Backerkit, but in the end I had to manually initiate the countdown. Thank you to those that followed up on this over the last few days!

You should have received an email from Backerkit today asking you to verify your contact information. 

If you run into any issues updating your info, please send us a message, and we will manually update information as needed. 

A bit of news on the game freight since I've got your attention.  I received notice from our manufacturer that the stateside shipment was flagged for an intensive customs exam.  This means the freight must be taken to an exam site before delivery to our headquarters. 

We do not anticipate a major shipping delay on this matter, but as soon as I have updated information from Ad Magic, I will let you know.

Happy Saturday, Folks!

I know it's been a few weeks, but I was waiting on a very particular update from our manufacturer, and I'm happy to share some news with you. 

Your games are printed, freight packaged, and on the way to our shipping hubs!

Estimated delivery  to our United Kingdom, Canada, and US locations is late September, customs allowing.  Our friends at Ad Magic are on top of the task, and we do not anticipate custom delays at this time. Our manufacturer really is great at what they do!

IMPORTANT DATES

Now that we have some hard dates, we wanted to give you a more reliable timeline for backer fulfillment and game delivery.

•  September 15, 2019 - Credit card orders for any pre-orders for Wrathborne Champions done AFTER THE CAMPAIGN will be charged via backerkit.
•  September 16, 2019 - You will receive an email from BackerKit asking you to verify your shipping address. 
•  September 18, 2019 - Shipping addresses will be locked! While we will do our best to accommodate requests after this date, updates cannot be guaranteed.
•  October 15, 2019 - Anticipated start of backer fulfillment shipments. 

Please keep in mind that we are coordinating with both European and Canadian vendors for shipment, and will be handling the US shipments personally. We hope shipments will go out sooner, and will have a better idea once we have confirmation from our international fulfillment teams. 

We will get your games and any additional items packed and  shipped ASAP.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before September 18, 2019. 

We want to keep this service open for you as long as possible, but this information is critical to our fulfillment vendors and the sooner we can provide them with this, the quicker we can get your game to you.

Team, we are extremely happy with the first print run of your game, and we cannot WAIT to get these to you after so long. I truly hope you are as proud of this project as I am. It's been a hard fought road, but we have overcome countless challenges.
