26 Hours To-Go and Another Goal Unlocked!

Hey Team!
The finish line is fast approaching, but you guys and gals are anything but finished! We've already unlocked another stretch goal!
UNLOCKED!
Later this week, after the campaign ends, we will be providing all of the backers with a poll to help us pick which Minion of Wrath will be added to the base game! Here is a sneak peak at a few of the Minions who will be on that list!
The Troll Trio - A set of regenerating Trolls, each perpetually healing and regenerating as you struggle to finish them all off!
The Black Knight - This mounted knight is no easy foe. With his trusty steed keeping him in constant motion and a wicked sword and shield equipped, the Black Knight is strong enough to stand against a party all by himself.
The Cultists - Flanked by undead guards, these four cultists are trying to summon a horrible Traveler from a dark realm. Can you defeat them while struggling to overcome the evil miasma from another plane?

Do you like a little more narrative with your combat? If so, this is the unlock for you!
Built from my childhood love of Choose Your Own Adventure stories, these narratives will let you pick who you battle or how you battle
them. They will be designed to let you pick who you save and what you
have to do to save them. Similar to how our Minions of Wrath let you battle without needing a GM, these choice-based stories do the same for your narrative.
The decisions you make will be further compounded by what
classes, weapons, and items you do or don't have in your party. Someone might need the bow or wand equipped to knock the Ember Dragon out of the sky, or perhaps you need to have the Enchanter to dispel a magic seal. But be wary, these unique
options won't always be good! Maybe the Berserker loses it when he sees
his most hated enemy and ends up enraging early, hurting himself, his
friends, or maybe forgetting to use his weapon!
What can I say... he doesn't like goblins.
Something that I hope will make this even more fun is that I would
like to do these scenarios digitally through our website (or the dream
would be an app of sorts) instead of printing them out. In addition to
saving the printing and shipping costs, digital stories could be altered
and twisted, so even if you pick the same scenario two months later, it
may have new tricks up its sleeve.
Crafting these narratives properly will take a great deal of time, however this is something we will have while the game is being manufactured; I'm very passionate about maintaining the same level of quality I strive for with the game itself so this will be time well spent. My dream is to be able to afford the time and
effort needed to provide you with new stories monthly to frame your own
adventures, and hitting this goal will help make that a reality.

The Final 48 Hours and Another Stretch Goal Unlocked!

Hey Team!
We are officially into the final 48 hours of our campaign and we are charging dead ahead into our stretch goals! I have a feeling we will be making some incredible headway over the next two days!
Starting things off, we just unlocked another stretch goal!
Plastic Insert Unlocked
We have unlocked a custom plastic insert for all copies of Wrathborne
Champions. This will allow us to improve the box dramatically, creating
a safe, professional storage solution for all game pieces which will
help make sure they are protected for years to come without increasing the cost of the game!
Better yet,
this insert is designed to safely and securely hold cards both in and
out of sleeves. It also has space for the first series of expansion game
upgrades that we are already testing! This means we can save money on
the packaging for our expansions by making them temporary and ready to
be included in the base game, allowing us to sell our expansions for
less!
Thank you so much to everyone who has spoken up in our comment section regarding the stretch goals and what you are looking for out of the game. I assure you I read each and every one of them and love the conversations there. With this and the graphic over haul already in the bag, I can safely say we are making the best possible package for the original base game of Wrathborne Champions with all the bells and whistles I was hoping to be able to afford.

There are less than two days left in the campaign, but I know there are more stretch goals that will be unlocked before the end.
The next monetary stretch goal is at $40k to unlock an additional Minion of Wrath for the game. We have a lot of Minions in the testing phase right now, and once we unlock this goal, the backers will help decide which one makes it in the box! I am profoundly excited to work with all of you on that process and can't wait to see what you choose!

Artisan Upgrade, Social Media Goals and More!

Hey Team!
As we move into our final three days of the campaign, I wanted to let every know that we have decided to make a couple upgrades!
Yes, you did!
Once the campaign is over, we will be partnering up with BackerKit to provide a much more functional, smooth post-campaign experience for all of our backers. In addition to providing a more robust set of support for everyone, this allows us to do things like provide our bonus items to all backers after the fact for nearly the same price as our higher tiers (variable shipping will increase them a bit).
In light of this news, we are making a major improvement to our Artisan Champion level.
Artisan Champion Upgrade
Because we are able to give the bonus item option to all backers, we are upgrading the Artisan Champion level to give TWO bonus items instead of one. This makes the Artisan Champion level a much better deal for everyone, and it also makes is vastly easier on us to track via BackerKit.

If you are an Artisan Champion and do not want the extra item, you can down grade to the Wrathborne level, then add on after the fact. This will save you about $5 minus what shipping ($1 or $2 depending on the item). I don't personally think this is as good of an option, but I want to make sure we are very clear about everything upfront.
As a final note, it is impossible for me to alter the Artisan Champion reward to reflect this upgrade, because Kickstarter locks it whenever there is a backer at that level. This will be visible on your pledge as soon as the surveys go out.

Hey Team!
I'm going to keep this one short and sweet (well, I will try).
As we push into our final week on the campaign, we need to get the word out as much as possible to crush out the stretch goals. To that end, we decided to update our social media posts on Facebook and Twitter to make it easier for you to hit those stretch goals using more accurate links!
Remember, if we get all of these knocked out, we will be able to put another Minion of Wrath in the box!

Canadian Friendly Shipping, New User Icons, and MORE!

Hey Team!
It took us over a month to figure out, but we have found a partner to help us with Canadian shipping!

Not only are we now about to avoid the extra taxes associated with shipping, we are working with Snakes and Lattes to offer Canadian shipping at the same rate as US shipping! This company was very well referred to us and we are excited to be working with them.
What do our current Canadian backers need to do?
If you are a Canadian backer, your current pledge is already setup to allow you to avoid the shipping taxes, however if you want the new shipping price, you will need to change your pledge to one of the new "- CANADA" pledge levels on the campaign page.
We looked for a way to do this automatically, but Kickstarter does not allow us to change shipping for any reward level that already has a backer for that country. There unfortunately isn't anything we are able to do, so if you are a Canadian backer and you want the lower shipping rate you will need to change your pledge manually!
As an FYI, if you do not change your pledge, Kickstarter will charge you for the higher shipping at the end of the campaign. This is done automatically under the assumption that you over pledged to help us fund the game, and you won't be able to get a refund, so please check that as soon as you can.

New User Icons!
In light of us hitting our first stretch goal and being well on our way to the second, we thought it might be nice to provide some character avatars for everyone! Instead of hosting them on a different sight, I am going to try posting them here for free access.

I absolutely love our art in Wrathborne Champions, so each time we unlock ANY stretch goal, I will make another set of these avatars up. We have class abilities, more Minions, even items and weapons to show off, so if there is anything in particular you would like as an Avatar, just let me know and I'll see what we can do!
Some Kickstarter friends with campaigns ending soon!
I would also like to take a second to point out a few friends of Randover Games with campaigns ending soon. This is a pretty amazing time to be on Kickstarter with some brilliant opportunities for backers to support small studios.
If you are looking for a suggestion on other games to look at, I've got some suggestions for you. All of these games are fully funded and ending soon!
If you are on Kickstarter and you haven't seen this game yet, you should totally check it out. It is a runaway hit with some really fun game play for everyone who enjoys throwing dice around (even for those of us who don't!). Keep an eye on Mind Bottling Games, because this is just the start of amazing things from that team.
Another Dallas design studio, SolarFlare Games has their fifth kickstarter up for their second Nightmare Forest game. All you need to do is look at their ever growing catalog to see the quality you can expect from this small team. In addition to the co-op Alien Invasion, they are also offering a mini game called "Udder Terror" where you are the aliens, working to abduct cattle. Give it a look!
I'm just going to leave the tag line here from the Kickstarter page, "A card game of lumberjacks, grizzly bears, and dueling hairstylists!" Ok, if that made you the slightest bit curious, you should check it out while you can.
